Display only the highest profile/score on the quiz results page

Funnels & Sites Web
I want to customize the quiz results page to display only the highest score among the three configured profiles. The filtering feature to display only the best score is not available, which is necessary to present a single, clear result to the user.

Display only the dominant category/profile in Quiz results

I want to be able to display only the dominant profile (the category with the highest score) on the quiz result page, including its specific description. Currently, the system displays all categories/profiles, but for personality-type quizzes, it is important to only show the "winning" result to the user without showing the scores of other categories.
