Display only the dominant category/profile in Quiz results

I want to be able to display only the dominant profile (the category with the highest score) on the quiz result page, including its specific description. Currently, the system displays all categories/profiles, but for personality-type quizzes, it is important to only show the "winning" result to the user without showing the scores of other categories.
