Conversation tags and custom folders in the inbox

The user wants to be able to organize their inbox (Conversations) more effectively, especially when it comes to emails. They are requesting the ability to assign tags directly to conversations (not just to contacts) and to be able to organize conversations into custom folders, just like in a traditional email inbox.
