Redesign of the smart lists management page using the HighRise design system

The “Manage Smart Lists” page now uses the HighRise design system, featuring a modernized interface, redesigned interactions, and improved visual hierarchy. The share icon has also been updated to improve accessibility and ensure consistency with current UI standards. This update fully aligns the Contacts module with the new interface and remains available in the Lab during the testing phase.
