Send an individual e-mail from a contact record

I'd like to be able to send individual e-mails directly from a contact's file. Every e-mail I send is personalized for my prospecting, so creating a campaign for each contact is not at all efficient. Having to switch to my external mailbox wastes the time that CrocoClick is supposed to save me.
