[CONVERSATIONS] Service Level Agreement (SLA) Response Time Dashboard

A response time performance dashboard (SLA) has been added to the Analytics tab in Conversations. It allows you to track compliance with response times, analyze response times, and identify discrepancies by user and by channel. This feature is available to administrators via Labs and only on the new Conversations interface.
