Variables in Quiz CTA URLs for pre-filling external forms

I want to be able to use variables (like {{name}}, {{email}}) in the CTA redirect URL at the end of a quiz. This would allow me to pre-fill external booking forms (like Calendly) with the information already collected in the quiz, so users don't have to enter their details twice.
