Unify terminology (Tags / Keywords / Tags / Labels)

The user suggests standardizing the terms "Tag," "Keywords," "Tags," and "Labels" throughout the interface (CRM, contact records, columns, automations). Currently, these different terms are used to refer to the same thing, which creates confusion. The user would like a single, consistent term used everywhere to simplify the user experience.
