Make the "additional information" field mandatory on appointment forms

As a user, I'd like to be able to make the "additional information" field mandatory when a prospect or customer makes an appointment via the form. This would enable me to collect essential information prior to the appointment and avoid unnecessary exchanges of e-mails or messages.
