Unconfirmed appointment: remove buttons for adding events to the calendar

The appointment confirmation window always automatically adds buttons to add this event to the calendar. However, these buttons do not work when the appointment has not been confirmed by the company. It would be useful to remove them from this page or to be able to modify the page ourselves (without having to recreate a redirect page).
