Badges can be assigned manually or via subscription triggers

I'd like to be able to assign a specific badge, such as 'founding member', to users who subscribe to a paid subscription at the founder's rate. This badge should appear on their profile to distinguish them. Currently, badges are only linked to the automatic gamification system and cannot be awarded manually or based on subscription actions.
