Option to disable credit card payment and authorize SEPA only

As a user, I would like to have the option of completely disabling credit card payments on my payment pages or for certain products, in order to authorize only SEPA direct debit payments. This would enable me to reduce transaction costs by encouraging my customers to use a less expensive payment method.
