Manual publishing for Instagram Reels via mobile notification

I want to be able to schedule an Instagram Reel and receive a mobile notification to publish it manually. This would allow me to add native Instagram features like music, stickers, or trending audio before the post goes live, similar to how it works for Stories. This is important for maintaining creative flexibility and using all native Instagram features.
