[FORMS] Dedicated icon for editing a field

Editing fields in CrocoClick is now smoother thanks to a new dedicated settings icon. It allows you to open and close the side panel without losing your current selection, even on small screens.
The result: more comfortable inline editing, fewer repetitive actions, and better readability in Forms, Surveys, and Quizzes.
