Duplicate calendar settings (colors, transactional emails)

I would like to be able to duplicate an existing calendar or copy configuration settings (such as colors and transactional emails) from one calendar to another to avoid having to manually reconfigure everything each time I create a new type of appointment. It is tedious to have to redo these settings for each new calendar.
