[CHAT WIDGET] Extended sound notifications for live chat messages

Chat Widget sound notifications now cover system messages and key chat stages (startup, confirmations, forms, out-of-hours messages). A single setting allows you to enable or disable all sounds for a more consistent and responsive experience.
