Better video quality and controls for direct uploads

I want better video quality and controls for direct uploads in lessons. Currently, videos uploaded directly from a computer appear blurry on the platform even if they are clear locally. There are no settings to control resolution or compression. This is important for maintaining a professional look for my training content.
