The “Appointment booked by the customer” and “Appointment status” triggers now allow you to choose who to include in an automation: the primary contact, guests, or both. When the automation runs, the system checks the participants associated with the appointment and triggers the automation individually based on the selected option, while maintaining compatibility with existing configurations.
