Enabling stats in the workflow reactivates paused emails!

When you enable the summary view of stats in a workflow, it automatically reactivates paused emails. This shouldn't be possible. Otherwise, it means you have to click on each email to view the stats, and if you have 50 emails in an automation, that's really inconvenient.
